Upon growing request and to allow member of important networks that only recently have joined the conference as collaborating partners to fully benefit from the opportunities provided by the conference, the deadline to submit abstracts for the scientific programme has been extended to March 15th.

April 19, 2019: author notification for all scientific contributions

May 10, 2019: deadline for early-bird registration

May 15, 2019: deadline for presenting an Educational and Policy Session

May 20, 2019: deadline for camera-ready accepted abstracts 

June 15, 2019: deadline for product/prototype/service presentations

August 27, 2019: pre-conference

August 28-30, 2019: conference
