The AAATE Conference will be held from 28-30 August 2019 at the Plesso Belmeloro, located in the city centre of Bologna.

The venue comprises two buildings:

Building A

• Room B – 412 seats (used for plenary and parallel sessions)
• Room C – 100 seats (used for parallel sessions)
• Room D – 100 seats (used for parallel sessions)
• Room E – 100 seats (used for parallel sessions)
• Room F – 100 seats (used for parallel sessions)

Building B

• Room P – 50 seats (dedicated to Innovation Area)
• Room Q – 50 seats (used for social meeting point)
• Room H  – 50 seats (dedicated to silent working area)
• Room L  – 50 seats (used for Educational Sessions)
• Room M – 50 seats (used primarily for policy sessions (but not only)
